It’s still hard to believe that our Mustang supercharger systems can deliver more Hp increase than the total HP a stock Mustang GT left the factory with a decade ago. Now that is progress!
The Coyote 5.0L is an incredible engine with incredible potential. This engine utilizes Variable Valve Timing and aggressive spark calibration (with spark knock sensors), which allows the engine to constantly push itself to its potential. Factory Hp is a rock solid 460Hp at the crank, and we build on that firm foundation with performance upgrades that go beyond a Horsepower increase of 70%+ (approaching 800 total Crank HP!).

Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.

P-1X / D-1X Upgrade
The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than our industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.
Our Stage II system includes a fuel system upgrade and our higher performance intercooler, over 75% larger than our HO intercooler, ensuring your air charge will be at its lowest temperature before entering the throttle body. Our engineers have designed this system for a capable DIY’er making it easy to install while still delivering monster power numbers requiring no fabrication at all!
Thanks to the guys over at Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords magazine, you don’t have to imagine it, you can read all about it. They have done a full step-by-step install of a Stage 2 ProCharger supercharger system from start to finish. And the numbers are big: 276 Rear Wheel HP (RWHP) gained or approximately 315 Crank HP – with an otherwise stock 2018 Mustang, running only 8.5 psi with the Stage 2 system and 93 octane pump gas. That’s more than the total HP from a Mustang Cobra just a few decades ago!
