The Tahoe was upgraded with our Stage 2 Intercooled system featuring a polished P-1X supercharger, helical-cut gear set, and black powder-coated bracket and intercooler for the perfect combination of performance and underhood style. We all know how straightforward it is to install one of our ProCharger Supercharger systems, using common hand tools and typically completed in just a few hours, but Cleetus McFarland and his crew decided to put that ProCharger benefit to the ultimate test.
Under the disguise of a routine oil change for Maddi’s Tahoe (yes, they actually did the oil change too), the team quickly got to work installing our intercooled Stage 2 system. With no cutting, no permanent modifications, and a fully bolt-on design, they had the system installed, the calibration flashed, and the Tahoe making boost in only a matter of hours.
So if you may or may not be planning to surprise your significant other, or yourself, with a ProCharger kit, just know there’s a good chance you can have it installed and boosting before any questions start getting asked!
