Spring has sprung, and the ProCharger racers arrived in Bradenton, Florida for the 11th Annual NMCA Muscle Car Nationals to kick off the 2013 NMCA drag racing season.

With so much ProCharger action happening this year at South Georgia Motorsports Park's Lights Out IV competition, we couldn't begin to cover it all in the last blog.  This time we're highlighting the ProCharger-powered racing results from the Outlaw Drag Radial class, Radial vs. The World, and Outlaw 10.5 classes.

What a supercharged start to the racing season for ProCharger-powered racer Phil Hines! Coming off of a strong racing season last year, Hines is totally stepping it up and breaking records as this season kicks off by achieving a MAJOR milestone during 1/4 mile testing for the Lights Out Radical Race at South Georgia Motorsports Park in Valdosta, GA.

ProCharger-powered racer Joe Decaria, better known as Coffee Man, recently made some changes to his street driven (practically daily driven) 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 with a Ford Racing Aluminator crate engine.  He changed from a ProCharger F-1A to a ProCharger F-1C supercharger.  Coffee Man's upgrades were done to up the boost (22 psi) and to allow for him to lean on it much harder out of the hole.

After ProCharger-powered racers won a total of 8 national championships last season, it's clear all ProCharger customers are hungry for more, and are off to a supercharged start to this year's racing season.

The all-new NMCA WEST finished their first season with an awards ceremony held Saturday evening January 19th.  Dave McClelland, emcee, hosted the huge event which was attended by nearly 400 racers, crew members, their families and sponsors.  Dave (shown below) also recognized the accomplishments of all who raced throughout this inaugural season, including the 2012 Class Champions.

With already 8 national championships in the books for the 2012 season, ProCharger powered racers were still hungry for more.

Leading the charge was long-time Procharger racer and outlaw radial powerhouse Steve Jackson. In a recent test session, Steve and his ProCharger F-3R-136 became the quickest drag radial car in history.
