Under the hood, the car keeps things straightforward. It still runs a factory stock bottom-end LS1, paired with a ProCharger P-1SC-1 producing 13 psi of boost. That combination has delivered years of smooth, responsive power while proving that a properly engineered supercharger system can be both exciting and dependable over the long haul.

Dan Defeo and his son are closing in on an incredible milestone: 500,000 total miles of ProCharged performance!
Their vehicle was first equipped with a ProCharger supercharger system when it had just 10,000 miles on the odometer. Since then, the same ProCharger head unit has helped carry the car through more than 400,000 miles of boosted driving, and it shows no signs of slowing down.
Even when the original stock engine finally reached its limit at 287,000 miles, the ProCharger system kept doing its job. The kit continued to deliver consistent, reliable power, helping the car produce 425 horsepower to the tires and proving that ProCharger performance is built for more than just short bursts of excitement.
