With 55–65%+ horsepower gains available on 91 or 93 octane, this system turns an already capable Super Duty into a true monster.

The High Output system features 7–8 psi of boost, a satin-finish P-1SC-1 ProCharger supercharger, a large 3-core air-to-air intercooler, a Bullet blow-off valve, fuel system upgrade components, ECM tuning, and a handheld tuner. It is a complete, turnkey solution built to deliver impressive performance with the fit, finish, and engineering quality ProCharger is known for.
For owners who want a more custom look or added performance potential, ProCharger also offers options including machined billet, black, or polished finishes, helical gear sets for noise reduction, and a P-1X supercharger upgrade.
And for truck owners who care about long-term flexibility, the system is 100% reversible with no permanent modifications required.

The 2026 Ford Super Duty is built to handle demanding work, and ProCharger boost makes that capability even more exciting. Increased torque helps support towing performance, while the smooth, linear power delivery of a centrifugal supercharger is an ideal match for Ford’s 10-speed transmission.
These 10-speed transmissions are a perfect pair for ProCharger boost. With six non-overdrive gears and a stout 4.69 first gear, it delivers serious torque across the entire RPM range, keeping the engine in its sweet spot. Our ProCharger-specific calibration is tuned to match this powerband perfectly, ensuring the supercharger stays right where it needs to be for maximum performance.
