NEW DESIGN, IMPROVED PERFORMANCE: GM TRUCK PROCHARGER SYSTEM

EASIER INSTALL, MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM DESIGN
ProCharger has updated its latest 2019-2026 GM truck/SUV (both 5.3L and 6.2L) supercharger system with a redesigned intercooler package, optimized tubing, more drive-system choices, and greater tuning flexibility, all while delivering the same ProCharger performance and drivability truck owners expect!
The new system was engineered to make installation simpler, improve airflow and efficiency, and give customers more flexibility when building everything from a powerful daily-driven truck to a higher-horsepower combination. Whether your pulling, passing, or playing, ProChargers latest GM supercharger system and kits delivers.
MORE COOLING, MORE DRIVE OPTIONS

The latest 2019-2026 GM truck/SUV (both 5.3L and 6.2L) supercharger system features a larger air-to-air intercooler with optimized tubing placement to improve airflow, reduce charge-air temperatures, a high-flowing air inlet, and simplified installation. The cleaner routing helps reduce installation times and increase visual appeal, while creating a strong foundation for consistent street performance and additional horsepower potential.
Customers can also choose between Stage 1, a shared 6-rib drive for street-focused combinations or Stage 2, a dedicated 8-rib drive for higher-horsepower builds! Together, the revised intercooler package – larger than the original design – and expanded drive options give truck owners a more efficient, flexible system that can be configured around their current power goals while leaving plenty of horsepower room to grow.
ProCharger is also expanding bypass valve options with an available open race bypass valve for more performance-focused combinations, giving customers additional flexibility to configure the system around their intended use and future power goals.
BLOW-THROUGH MAF MAKES TUNING EASIER FOR MODIFIED APPLICATIONS

The latest GM truck system also moves to a blow-through mass airflow (MAF) sensor configuration.
Positioning the MAF sensor in the charge pipe provides aftermarket tuners with a more tuning-friendly configuration, particularly as owners move beyond standard combinations and begin making additional engine, fuel system, or power upgrades.
For customers planning a custom-tuned build, it provides another level of flexibility without requiring major changes to the bolt-on ProCharger system.
UPDATED HARDWARE AND PRICING

The redesigned system includes updated installation hardware to complement the revised intercooler, tubing, and drive configurations. For customers who want the factory airbox look, the original design is still available. The goal throughout the redesign was simple: create a cleaner, easier-to-install package while improving the system’s overall performance capability and flexibility.
Because final pricing depends on the selected drive system, supercharger, finish, and other options, customers should contact ProCharger or an authorized dealer for current pricing on their specific combination.
