The F-1R-103 bridges the gap between the proven F-1A-94 and the larger, race-focused F-1X. It delivers more performance capability than the F-1A-94 while offering F-1X-level potential in a package that is easier to fit and better suited for many conventional high-performance engines.
For builders who have outgrown the F-1A-94 but cannot fit or fully utilize an F-1X, the F-1R-103 provides a powerful new option for the street or strip.

Drawing on decades of ProCharger racing experience and the latest aerodynamic design technology, our engineers took a blank-slate approach to the F-1R-103’s all-new volute. The result is a purpose-built compressor housing designed to optimize airflow, support higher output, and deliver the performance needed for today’s most demanding street, strip, and drag-and-drive combinations.
BUILT TO BRIDGE THE GAP
The F-1A-94 has long been a proven choice for high-horsepower street, race, and drag-and-drive applications. However, some combinations eventually require more airflow and performance capability.
The F-1X provides that next level of performance, but it is designed to work best with large-displacement, purpose-built race engines capable of fully utilizing its airflow. Its larger dimensions can also create packaging challenges in crowded late-model engine bays.
The F-1R-103 was developed to fill the space between them.
It is designed for smaller-displacement and more conventional high-performance engines that need more capability than an F-1A-94 but may not be the ideal match for an F-1X. It also provides an alternative for vehicles where an F-1X would require extensive engine-bay or body modifications.
