Here’s how it works:

• • Post Performance Content to Social Media: Your post must feature dyno footage or track results (like a Draggy or time slip) with mention of your vehicle HP or ET and the ProCharger kit/model.

• • Invite to Collaborate: Tag and invite ProCharger to collab on your post before publishing.

• • Get Rewarded: Earn a $50 ProCharger merch or parts credit when your post qualifies.

• • How to Redeem:

    Provide a link or screenshot of your post.

• • Eligibility: Applies to (estimated) 700+ HP vehicles only. Participants must be active ProCharger Dealers or Distributors. Must be content posted between October 1, 2025 and December 15, 2025.

• Deadline: Submissions must be received by December 15, 2025.

The ProCharger Post the Power Campaign (“Campaign”) is sponsored by ProCharger Superchargers (“Sponsor”). This Campaign is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Campaign, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Campaign, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Campaign is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.

The terms “Supercharger” and “Blower” are used interchangeably throughout these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY

The Campaign is open to active ProCharger dealers who are legal residents of the United States, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Campaign Period. The Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Campaign entries can only be made by the social media account owner. Campaign entries are limited to vehicles with 700+ horsepower.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign begins at 12:00am Central Time on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm Central Time on Monday, December 15, 2025. (“Campaign Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants can enter the Campaign by completing all of the following:

1. Posting performance-related content to their social media account. ProCharger defines performance-related content as dyno or track footage (like a Draggy or time slip). No street racing content will be accepted.

2. The post must mention your ProCharger power gains and your ProCharger kit details. Optionally, it shall mention additional vehicle mods that helped attain the horsepower or Elapsed Time metrics.

3. The Participant must tag and invite ProCharger to collab on your post before publishing.

4. The Participant must submit an email to [email protected] or call ProCharger customer service at (913) 338-2886 and provide either a link or a screenshot of the post that shows the date of the post, the social media account upon which it was posted, and that the post met the above criteria.

For one (1) social media post, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Campaign. Only one entry per person is allowed during the Campaign.

PRIZES:

The Prize is $50 of ProCharger store credit, not applicable toward systems or kits. Actual retail value may vary.

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

The Prize will be awarded to the winner via an electronic credit on their account. To redeem the prize, the winner must call ProCharger customer service to place their order at (913) 338-2886.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The winner may gift, but may not resell the prize for cash or cash equivalent, to another person. The Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Campaign, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Campaign is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Campaign, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Sponsor determines that the Campaign cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Campaign. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE CAMPAIGN, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CAMPAIGN.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment or additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
