PROCHARGER LIMITED-EDITION AMERICAN FLAG CERAKOTE FINISH JULY 2026 PROMOTION

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

These Official Rules govern the ProCharger Limited-Edition American Flag Cerakote Finish July 2026 Promotion, including the limited-time paid upgrade offer and the weekly drawing for a refund of the promotional upgrade cost.

The ProCharger Limited-Edition American Flag Cerakote Finish (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Accessible Technologies, Inc. d/b/a ProCharger Superchargers (“Sponsor” or “ProCharger”), located at 14801 W. 114th Terrace, Lenexa, KS 66215. This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Cerakote. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Cerakote.

 

The terms “Supercharger” and “Blower” are used interchangeably throughout these Official Rules.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Sweepstakes entries can only be made by the vehicle owner or installing dealer.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am Central Time on Wednesday July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm Central Time on Friday, July 31, 2026. (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

 

LIMITED-EDITION AMERICAN FLAG CERAKOTE FINISH OFFER

During the Sweepstakes Period, ProCharger is offering eligible customers the opportunity to purchase a limited-edition American flag-inspired Cerakote finish for qualifying ProCharger supercharger systems. Only P-1SC-1, P-1X, D-1SC, D-1X, and F-1A-94 head units apply.

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible customers may purchase the upgrade for a promotional retail price of $395.

This limited-edition finish is available only to the first 25 eligible orders of a qualifying ProCharger supercharger system during the Sweepstakes Period that request the American flag Cerakote finish upgrade, while supplies and production availability last.

Previous orders do not qualify for this promotional upgrade offer. Orders placed before July 1, 2026, are not eligible.

The American flag finish is a limited-time promotional offering. ProCharger does not currently plan to offer this finish after the Sweepstakes Period.

 

WEEKLY DRAWING / REFUND OFFER

As part of the Sweepstakes, ProCharger will conduct weekly random drawings during the month of July 2026. Each weekly drawing winner will receive the American flag finish upgrade free through a refund of the $395 promotional upgrade cost.

A total of five winners will be selected, one for each weekly drawing period.

The approximate retail value of each weekly drawing prize is $395.

For customers who purchased the American flag Cerakote finish upgrade, the prize will be awarded as a refund of the $395 promotional upgrade cost. For a winner who entered through the Alternate Method of Entry and did not purchase the upgrade, Sponsor will award a prize of equivalent value, as determined by Sponsor and subject to legal review.

 

HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the weekly drawing.

A. Purchase Entry

Eligible customers who purchase a single, qualifying ProCharger supercharger system during the Sweepstakes Period and request the American flag Cerakote finish upgrade will automatically receive one entry into the applicable weekly drawing, subject to these Official Rules.

Only new qualifying ProCharger system purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible. Previous orders do not qualify.

Limit one purchase entry per qualifying order.

B. Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, mail the following to 14801 W. 114th Terrace, Lenexa, CA 94951 during the Sweepstakes Period.

The mail contents must include:

• American Flag Cerakote Promotion Entry
• Full name
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Statement confirming that entrant is at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia

Alternate Method of Entry submissions must be received during the Sweepstakes period to be entered into the subsequent weekly drawings. The entry will be included in the weekly drawing based on when it was received.

Limit one Alternate Method of Entry submission per person during the Sweepstakes period.

Purchase entries and Alternate Method of Entry submissions have equal odds of winning.

 

WEEKLY DRAWING PERIODS

The promotion includes five weekly drawing periods:

Week 1: July 1, 2026, through July 7, 2026
Week 2: July 8, 2026, through July 14, 2026
Week 3: July 15, 2026, through July 21, 2026
Week 4: July 22, 2026, through July 28, 2026
Week 5: July 29, 2026, through July 31, 2026

Each weekly drawing will include eligible entries received prior to that weekly drawing period. Entries roll over to future weekly drawings unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received for each weekly drawing period.

 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the weekly drawing period.

Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor within five (5) days after the close of each weekly drawing period.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of purchase or entry. Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility, complete required documentation, and respond within five (5) days of the Sweepstakes Period.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days of the Sweepstakes Period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that weekly drawing period.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

Five total prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of the American flag finish upgrade free of charge, awarded as a $395 refund for eligible customers who purchased the upgrade.

Approximate retail value of each prize: $395.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,975.

For winners who purchased an eligible ProCharger system or kit with the American flag Cerakote finish upgrade, the $395 refund will be issued to the original payment method or through another method determined by Sponsor. Refund timing may vary based on payment method, order processing, and administrative requirements. If a winning order is later canceled, returned, refunded, or otherwise deemed ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to void the prize or require repayment of the refunded amount.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

All taxes, fees, and any other costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

For Alternate Method of Entry, eligible entries will receive ProCharger store credit for $395, to be awarded to the winner via an electronic credit on their account. To redeem the prize, the winner must call ProCharger customer service to place their order at (913) 338-2886.

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

 

LIMITED AVAILABILITY OF AMERICAN FLAG FINISH

The American flag finish is limited to the first 25 eligible customers who purchase a qualifying ProCharger system during the Sweepstakes Period and request the upgrade, subject to availability, production schedule, and confirmation by ProCharger.

Once 25 eligible upgrade spots have been claimed, the paid upgrade offer will close, even if the Sweepstakes Period has not ended.

Participation in the weekly drawing through the Alternate Method of Entry does not reserve or guarantee access to the limited-edition American flag finish.

 

QUALIFYING PURCHASES

Qualifying purchases include eligible new ProCharger supercharger complete Systems or Tuner Kits placed directly through ProCharger or through an approved ProCharger dealer or distributor during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to Sponsor confirmation. Only P-1SC-1, P-1X, D-1SC, D-1X, and F-1A-94 head units apply.

Previous orders, canceled orders, returned orders, incomplete orders, non-qualifying products, and orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for the limited-edition upgrade offer or purchase entry.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether an order qualifies for the promotion.

 

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The winner may gift, but may not resell the prize for cash or cash equivalent, to another person. The Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

 

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
