Marketing Sponsorship Form

Thank you for your interest in representing ProCharger with your ride. We support enthusiasts who are interested in helping us grow the ProCharger brand.

While we would like to support all of those interested in ProCharger, we have a limited number of sponsorship opportunities. We will contact you if your submission meets our marketing sponsorship requirements. (If you are a racer with less than 10K followers, please submit a racing sponsorship form).

WHAT INFORMATION WILL HELP YOUR SPONSORSHIP REQUEST GET SELECTED?

At a high level, here are the things we are looking to understand:

  • What type of sponsorship are you looking for? (product, money)
  • Information about your build.
  • What marketing are you offering in exchange for the sponsorship? Please be as specific as possible about the audience impressions and engagement.
  • What is your timeline?
  • If other, please outline the opportunity.

 

Like any other business expense, sponsorship opportunities are judged based on how they can help our business grow. Sponsorship proposals are essentially your plan for exposure on your vehicle, team, or program. The more effectively you can help us understand how your build will influence others to learn about the ProCharger brand and buy our products, the better. Of course, it is also helpful when you can clearly capture the essence of your program, your vehicle, and yourself. We recommend you spend the most time elaborating on the following:

Your Plan for Exposure. Go into lots of detail about any media outlets that will feature your build, the list of car shows or events you’ll attend, etc. We will want to know, with confidence, how many people will see your build and what interests this audience has.

Your Social Media Stats. Not all social media audiences are the same. The more information you can provide about your audience and your ability to influence them to purchase our products, the more helpful it is to us. It’s not just your number of followers or reach, but also your average engagement per post.

Status of Your Build. Even if just a rendering, providing a link to a website or google folder of images helps us understand the state of the vehicle currently and where you plan to take the build.

  1. WHY DIDN’T MY BUILD GET SELECTED FOR FULL SPONSORSHIP?

    We receive a high volume of sponsorship requests and are only able to support a limited number of projects each year. Selection is based on several factors, including:

    • Audience relevance to ProCharger customers
    • Content quality and consistency
    • Alignment with our brand and current marketing initiatives
    • Ability to showcase the product in a compelling and authentic way

    Not being selected for a full comp does not reflect negatively on your build—we simply prioritize opportunities that best align with our current goals. In many cases, we may offer partial support or discounted pricing for projects that show strong potential but do not align with full sponsorship criteria.

     

  2. HOW CAN I HELP MY CHANCES OF BEING SELECTED?

    The strongest submissions clearly demonstrate reach, relevance, and execution.If your primary exposure is through social media, help us understand your audience and content by providing details such as:

    Audience & Reach

    • What type of audience follows you? (automotive enthusiasts, builders, racers, general lifestyle, etc.)
    • How likely are your followers to have active vehicle builds or interest in performance upgrades?
    • Where is your audience located?

     

    Content & Consistency

    • What kind of content do you typically share? (automotive-only, mixed lifestyle, etc.)
    • How often do you post, and how long have you been consistently active?
    • What platforms do you focus on most?

     

    Execution & Product Integration

    • Can you provide examples of how you’ve featured other brands or products?
    • How do you showcase installs, performance gains, or real-world use?
    • Do you create long-form, short-form, or a mix of content?

    Clear, detailed submissions help us better evaluate the opportunity.

     

  3. WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS IS PROCHARGER LOOKING FOR?

    We look for builds that:

    • Represent real-world ProCharger customers (street cars, trucks, tow vehicles, etc.)
    • Can effectively showcase performance, installation, and drivability
    • Have a clear plan for content creation and audience engagement
    • Align with current ProCharger product platforms and priorities

     

  4. DO I NEED A LARGE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED?

    Not necessarily, but it does help. While audience size is a factor, we also place strong value on:

    • Audience quality and relevance
    • Engagement (not just follower count)
    • Content quality and storytelling ability

    A smaller, highly engaged and relevant audience can also offer a lot of value. The amount of sponsorship we offer is directly proportional to the marketing value our team believes the project can bring.

    We look for partners who can:

    • Create high-quality, authentic content
    • Clearly showcase the ProCharger product and its benefits
    • Share consistent updates throughout the build
