CALIFORNIA SALES TAX POLICY

Important: Sales Tax Policy for California Shipments from Non-California Dealers

In order to comply with California’s drop ship sales tax policy (Publication 121, Drop shipments from the California State Board of Equalization) we are offering the three options below:

California Sales Tax Options

• 1) Dealer has California seller’s permit or exemption and provides copy to ProCharger
• 2) Dealer provides documented sales tax charged to customer
• 3) ProCharger DOES NOT drop ship and only ships to Dealer location (Dealer is responsible for shipping onto customer)
