SEMA 2024 PROCHARGER MERCH CHALLENGE

Take a photo or video of the ProCharger booth and post it to your social media using the hashtag (#PROCHARGER) and tagging us (@prochargersuperchargers).

Participants who post a photo will earn a free keychain or landyard.

Participants who post a 30 second or more reel will earn a free hat.

As an added Grand Prize, ProCharger staff will be picking the top 20 favorite reels and winners will earn an exclusive swag bag including a t-shirt and other exciting merch. Grand Prize winner selection and gift mailing will be within two weeks after the conclusion of SEMA 2024.

The ProCharger SEMA 2024 Merch Challenge (“Game”) is sponsored by ProCharger Superchargers (“Sponsor”). This Game is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Game, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Game, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Game is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, SEMA. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not SEMA.

ELIGIBILITY

The Game is open to legal residents of the United States, where not prohibited by law, who are attending SEMA 2024, who have Internet access, social media accounts, and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Game Period. The Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

GAME PERIOD

The Game begins on Tuesday, Nov 5th, 2024 and ends Friday, Nov 8th, 2024. (“Game Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Game at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants can enter the Game by following the instructions provided through the Sponsor’s website. Entrants must visit the ProCharger booth and take a picture or video of the booth. Entrants must then post to their social media using the hashtag: #procharger and tagging @prochargersuperchargers. From there they must verify with a ProCharger employee they have posted to their social media and will receive their booth prize. Participants are limited to one (1) post, for which the entrant will receive one (1) ProCharger prize. Only one entrant per person is allowed, excpete for Grand Prize winners who will be mailed an additional prize.

PRIZES:

The Prize is a choice of a keychain or lanyard for static image posts, a hat for reels 30-seconds or longer, and grand prize winners will receive a t-shirt. The successful entrants will provide shipping information and their t-shirt selection. The shirt will be mailed to them two weeks following SEMA 2024. The entrant will not incur any costs, assuming the live within the 50 US States.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The entrant may gift, but may not resell the prize for cash or cash equivalent, to another person. The Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Game, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Game is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Game, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Sponsor determines that the Game cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Game. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE GAME, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, SEMA, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE GRANTED. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GAME.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
