Applying our award-winning, patented and proven self-contained supercharger technology, along with the coolest charge air temperatures in the industry, ProCharger is expanding our industry leading, air-to-air intercooled supercharger technology into the horsepower-hungry powersports and off-road vehicle markets.

Real World Performance Improvement

The RZR running just 6 psi of intercooled boost, with the coolest charge temperatures available, ProCharger produces a 45-50% increase in power resulting in a 1 second improvement in 0-40 and 3.5 second improvement in 20-70 mph performance. Unlike other forced induction offerings, this is a true bolt on, designed to run pump gas with stock compression and no engine modifications.

An intercooled ProCharger Supercharger System can dramatically improve a Ranger's acceleration performance. In before and after testing on the same UTV, a ProCharged Polaris Ranger 800 Crew recorded a 0 to 35 mph time of 9.2 seconds, versus 17.0 seconds on it's naturally-aspirated pass. That's a real-world improvement of 7.8 seconds on a 0 to 35 mph run.

Bolt on 40 to 100%+ More Power

Depending upon the application, ProCharger supercharger technology can add 40 to 100 percent more power to a wide range of powersports applications, including side-by-side UTVs, sport bikes and snowmobiles, all of which were displayed at the 2011 International Powersports Expo. ProCharger used this event to debut complete intercooled supercharger systems for the Polaris RZR XP® and XP4, Polaris Ranger 800® and Polaris Ranger Crew® 800 UTV models. A Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle and Ski-Doo 1200 snowmobile were also shown in the display, each one equipped with a dealer-developed ProCharger supercharger kit.
