ProCharger-powered racer Joe Decaria, better known as Coffee Man, recently made some changes to his street driven (practically daily driven) 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 with a Ford Racing Aluminator crate engine.  He changed from a ProCharger F-1A to a ProCharger F-1C supercharger.  Coffee Man's upgrades were done to up the boost (22 psi) and to allow for him to lean on it much harder out of the hole.

After ProCharger-powered racers won a total of 8 national championships last season, it's clear all ProCharger customers are hungry for more, and are off to a supercharged start to this year's racing season.

The all-new NMCA WEST finished their first season with an awards ceremony held Saturday evening January 19th.  Dave McClelland, emcee, hosted the huge event which was attended by nearly 400 racers, crew members, their families and sponsors.  Dave (shown below) also recognized the accomplishments of all who raced throughout this inaugural season, including the 2012 Class Champions.

With already 8 national championships in the books for the 2012 season, ProCharger powered racers were still hungry for more.

Leading the charge was long-time Procharger racer and outlaw radial powerhouse Steve Jackson. In a recent test session, Steve and his ProCharger F-3R-136 became the quickest drag radial car in history.

In the highly anticipated opening race of the new NMCA West series, ProCharger racers reigned supreme. The race took place just 2 hours north of Los Angeles at the historic Famoso Raceway Park located in Bakersfield, CA.

In the new NMCA West racing series the 275 Drag Radial class is designed for small block and big block combinations running a single power adder. ProCharger superchargers legal for the 275 Drag Radial class are the F-2 along with the notorious F-1X.

The 2012 racing season started off with a lot of excitement at the Outlaw Drag Radial Race, Redemption III in Valdosta, GA Feb 23-26th. With the highly anticipated release of ProCharger’s new F-1X supercharger and with Outlaw Drag Radial superstar Steve Jackson putting his first hits on his new ProCharger F-3R-136 supercharger, records were certain to fall.
