With the arrival of the powerful 2021+ Ford F-150 to the truck scene, we dove head first into producing the very best ProCharger Supercharger system for these 4WD* V8 powerhouses. We’ve got tailored options just for you, beginning with your choice between our two product configurations that deliver 70-80%+ power gains:
ProCharger complete systems are for stock engines with cat-back exhaust. They feature the coolest charge air of all supercharging solutions and a mounting location that isn’t susceptible to heat soak. Installation is quick and easy, using common hand tools; no permanent modifications or cutting is required.
Brackets, compressor wheels, and gearboxes are all CNC billet to ensure the most robust and durable solution, and it comes with aluminum tubing and silicone couplers to minimize weight. PCM calibration is included on all systems.
Regardless which system you use, we’ve observed that swapping the intake manifold will increase your power gain, and the use of Boostane will give you another 100 hp.
HO – SHARED DRIVE SYSTEM
This system was developed for those who want the quickest installation possible and are also wanting to keep the system to a single belt. In just one afternoon in the garage, you can open a box and bolt on parts to create a nearly 700hp truck, including PCM tuning.

STAGE II – DEDICATED DRIVE SYSTEM
For those looking to turn the wick up on their F-150, and have a supercharger system that can support 700-1,500+ HP, then the Stage II system or tuner kit is the perfect solution for you! The dedicated drive belt supports extreme power levels and is even compatible with our CrankSupport for those looking for max effort builds.

THE BIGGEST AIR-TO-AIR INTERCOOLERS!
These massive intercoolers are some of the largest we have EVER built for use in these trucks. Even the HO system comes with the same core that has been used in nearly all F-1X-powered C6 Corvettes. And the Stage II unit is bigger yet! So no matter what system you pick, rest assured that these intercoolers will keep your charge air temps at virtually ambient, without any complexity from pumps, coolant, or lines.
BILLET BRACKET / TENSIONER / HEAD UNIT AND MORE!
On both HO and STG II systems, the brackets are 100% CNC billet aluminum, as well as our robust tensioner and crank supports. HO is proven to support large HP in street applications and the STG II available in 8- or 10-rib configurations, has been proven to boost 7-second Coyote Mustangs while also securing multiple records and championships. (These brackets have been adapted to suit the new 2023 F150.)
This innovative reverse bracket system ensures the supercharger drive belt remains close to the engine:
- Enhancing crankshaft stability for ultra-high horsepower applications
- Enabling the inlet to draw fresh air from behind the headlight
- Working in tandem with the ProCharger intercooler to deliver the lowest inlet air temperatures
PROCHARGER + 10-SPEED TRANSMISSIONS = PERFECT MATCH
These new F150’s pack the ultimate transmission to be used with a ProCharger, with 10 gears to choose from (6 of which are non-overdrive) and a step 4.69 first gear. Not only does the ProCharger add increased TQ off the line, but also LIVES perfectly in the engine’s power band, thanks to the 6 non-overdriven gears.
SIMPLE DIY INSTALLATION
These intercooled systems for the 2023 F-150 boast an incredibly straightforward installation process. No need to remove the intake manifold, no fuel system upgrades are required, and no cutting, trimming, or modifications to the factory truck. Just open the box, start bolting on the parts, load the calibration, and you’re ready to roll!
