Continuing to lead the way with intercooled supercharger applications for the late-model EFI HEMI engines, ProCharger is sponsoring the World's Fastest HEMI Challenge, June 4 - 6, 2010 at Maple Grove Raceway near Reading, PA. This event is part of the 2nd annual shopHEMI.com Late-Model Shootout and the NMCA's Muscle Car Nationals.

To see just who does have the fastest ProCharger-equipped late-model HEMI vehicle, ProCharger will award the "ProCharger Bonus" to winners in the Challenger, Charger, Magnum, 300, and Truck/SUV late-model HEMI classes if they are running a ProCharger supercharger. There will also be an awesome match race between the two overall fastest HEMI's at the end of the event. Bottom line: If any winner (or runner-up in the overall) has a ProCharger supercharger on their vehicle, ProCharger will pay the bonus.

In Outlaw Racing Street Car Association's EZ Street class, Tracey Shores qualified his ProCharger-equipped Fox body Mustang in the number 2 position with a 5.0 in the 1/8-mile race. Shores then went on to win the race, running a best of 5.12 seconds, which proved to be the best et of the class during eliminations.

Defending NMCA Xtreme Street Champions Chris Singleton is busy preparing his ProCharger-equipped Mustang for some ultra-quick, side-by-side racing in NHRA's new heads-up racing format for today's popular doorslammer, street outlaw, 10.5W and Pro Mod racers. With his eyes set on the EZ Street class, Singleton is gearing up for action by installing a legendary ProCharger F-2 onto his 360-cid Ford small block combination. Looking to run 4.90s to 5.00s in the Unleashed's 1/8-mile racing, Singleton will make his NHRA debut at the June event in Atlanta.
