Doug Mangrum, after recently running a 7.02, ran a best of 7.24 ET @ 191 mph as he continues his quest for the 6’s. Jason Fields captured runner-up with extremely consistent racing and a final-round 7.66 ET @ 185 mph with his D-3M-powered notchback. In Outlaw, Travis Franklin debuted his new ProCharger D-3R combination after recently kicking the nitrous habit, and showed that he will be a contender for the Outlaw title this year. Travis is the first of several new ProCharged Outlaw racers preparing to debut over the next few months.
