New, larger 3 core intercoolers are now available as an upgrade for GM 5.3/6.0
and Ford 5.4/4.6 trucks and SUV’s, as well as Dodge 5.9/5.2 Rams. A
ProCharger system with standard 2 core intercooler system and 8.5 psi was
tested on a Ford 5.4 truck by Stacey David of Trucks Television, who reported
“a 65% increase in
power … more than any other supercharger system on the market.”
While the standard 2 core intercooler provides industry leading performance
and engine longevity, the optional 3 core provides even greater fl ow and
cooling, especially for modifi ed engines.
