Quality Assurance Lead

Accessible Technologies is the leading manufacturer of compact integrally geared centrifugal blowers and compressors (Inovair brand), and aftermarket superchargers and complete supercharger systems (ProCharger brand).

• ISO or comparable experience mandatory
• BS mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of quality control work experience
  

     - Minimum 3 years within quality control of rotating machinery

• Proficient with traditional inspection methods and measurement devices
• Competent with multiple platforms and models of coordinate measuring machines.
• Experience with close tolerance inspection is mandatory, experience with close tolerance production highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerances a must.
• Solid IT knowledge regarding digital storage of QC work product necessary.
• Good analytical skills and should be detail oriented.
  

Requirements

• Development and application of a quality control system based around ISO specifications.
• Management and organization of all QC related documentation.
• Authoring efficient, fully documented CMM inspection programs w/palletizing capability.
• Hosting weekly MRB meetings
• Developing statistical inspection criteria.
• Day to day part inspections.
• Working with IT for direct data capture within a traceable database.
• Quality trend tracking, supplier rating and auditing.
• Work with production staff to ensure comprehension and awareness.
• Working knowledge of the common fabrication and machining technologies for manufacturing metal/rotating components.
• Possess required MS word, Excel and database skills appropriate to support creation of periodic reports and maintenance of quality system work instructions.
• Reporting QA related issues to appropriate departments.
