December 5, 2008 – Lenexa, KS: What does it take to push a ’68 Camaro past 227 mph? How about 2,800+ ProCharged big block Chevy horsepower. The 2008 NMCA Pro Street Championship winning Camaro of Mark Micke and Jeff Dickey will be showcased in the ProCharger display at the 2008 Performance Racing Industry Show in Orlando, FL, Dec. 11 – 13, 2008.
The Micke & Dickey duo simply dominated the NMCA Pro Street class during their championship run. Powered by a 565 cu. in. big block Chevrolet equipped with an F-3R-139 ProCharger supercharger, the car currently holds the mark as both the quickest and fastest ProCharger-equipped drag racer with an incredible pass of 6.25 @ 227.65 laid down during their WSC1 Championship-winning weekend.
The ProCharger PRI display will also feature:
- 2009 Dodge HEMI Challenger R/T: Designed and built by Classic Design Concepts of Novi, MI, this awesome “wide body” Challenger is the preview of ProCharger’s HO Intercooled Supercharger System for the 5.7L HEMI Challenger R/T cars.
- EF-4 “Twister Special” Ford Mustang: Built by R & A Motorsports of Lee’s Summit, MO, the Twister Special Mustang makes use of a ProCharger F-1A self-contained, intercooled supercharger system to lay waste to miles and miles of open road, as well as rear tires.
- Project Bagger: ProCharger’s 200 hp 2007 FLHX Harley-Davidson® Street Glide. Featuring a Fat Baggers Inc. (FBI) conversion, a Jim’s 120-cubic inch EFI engine, and a D&D Boarzilla 2-into-1 exhuast, this luxury/performance bagger features a ProCharger H.O. Intercooled supercharger system that produced an astounding 200.98 RWHP and 167.28 ft-lbs of torque on pump gas.
