It was just a matter of time. Following industry-leading success with automotive, marine and truck applications, ProCharger is now raising the bar for Harley Davidson aftermarket performance.

The dominance of forced induction technology relative to natural aspiration and nitrous is firmly established, but past forced induction options have not been well suited for Harley Davidson motors.

Both roots superchargers and turbos create substantial heat, which can be especially harmful with a V-twin motor. Net power gains with roots superchargers are further reduced by high parasitic load, while turbos can be very unpredictable.

ProCharger systems utilize the most advanced forced induction design to deliver maximum performance and reliability with completely stock motors. A conservative 7 psi of intercooled boost produces a 55% power gain on pump gas, with even larger power gains available.

With a compact design, this system installs easily and doesn’t affect the rider’s leg positions. A prototype system displayed at the SEMA show was very well received, and the production design is even more attractive. Both EFI and carbureted systems are being offered, with shipments starting in late 2003.
