Thanks to an engine-friendly and emissions-friendly intercooled design, ATI
has received an Executive Order (E.O.) for the highest 50-state legal boost
levels in the industry. This happened back in 1994, when E.O. D-365 was granted
for the 14 psi Intercooled ProCharger system for 1986-93 5.0 Mustangs. Beyond
additional E.O.’s granted to ProCharger systems since then, 14 more
applications became 50-state legal in 2002. For simplification, E.O. D-365-3
now applies to all 50-state legal applications utilizing a P-1SC, P-1SC-1
or P600B ProCharger model. E.O. D-365-4 applies to the recently released Civic
and Integra systems, with the new C-1 ProCharger model.
Additional E.O.’s are currently in process for ’97-03 C5’s
and 2003 Nissan 350’s and Infiniti G35’s.
